1.PET adhesive sheet degree testing(-35 degrees to +75 degrees); 2.PET peeling force testing:0.8kg ± 50g. 3.10% of dome array random sampling inspection(100 million times life,plating, the tolerance of metal dome force ± 30g, click feeling between 35-60%, appearance,stroke). 4.Tolerance of the holes and outline (tolerance ± 0.15 mm),dirty, bruised, or broken, dubble dome, lack of metal domes. 5.EMI contact resistance is less than 3 ohms.

The triangle metal domes can be made with adhesive sheet? The answer is that some can do, others can not be done.

Because the triangle metal domes can be divided into triangle metal domes with legs and without the legs two types, metal domes without legs can be made with adhesive sheet (we also call metal dome array). In general, We have the most popular force for the each item, but if the customers have special requirements,we also can make in accordance with the requirements.
