F-series metal domes

F series metal domes(snap domes) are with four-legged switches that were designed widely used in the printed circuit boards, flexible circuit boards and membrane switches. Whatever the life cycles and the click feeling, it’s far exceeds the circle shape metal domes. The life cycles of the most F-series metal domes can reach to 500,000 to 1,000,000 times.

The package of this type isn’t only in the bulk by bag, but also can put the domes on the array one by one by adhesive film. Then you can peel off on the location of the PCBs easily. For more information, you can see our “Standard One Key Metal Dome Array”.

The size of the F-series snap domes is from 5mm to 20mm, the force is from 80g to 600g. Commonly used diameter we have 6mm, 8.4mm, 10mm, 12.2mm.

According to metal dome with dimple or not, we divide into two items:

1. NF-series: No dimple

2. DF-series: with dimple
