The scrap of metal dome array has caused by Laser-cutting, and will create some problems in the assembly process.How do we find a way to solve this issue?
We generally peel off the scrap around of the metal dome array by hand, but some still exist in the center of dome array holes, and it can’t peel off by hand. The reason is that if the laser cut not very deep, then the middle scrap is possible peel off together with dome array,so it’s very inconvenient for assembling.
So how do we solve this problem?
1, First,we must adjust the machine to cut deeply,let the scrap can’t peel off together with dome arrays;
2, Another way, make the middle scrap to cut through, so that it’s very convenient for assembling. But this is a bit difficult.
