Normally, there are two ways to make the dome array. Laser cutting and set up mold. The advantage for the laser is no mold cost. So if your order quanty is not large, we recommend to use this way.
Specially for the large size dome array, and small quantity, the laser cutting is the best and economic way. We can make the maximum size can reach to 200mm now, it’s almost satisfy with most parts. This way, no need for the mold, no cost for it.
