These days we have got some customers to ask us if we can make the metal dome with 3M adhesive sheet. The answer is certainly that we can make it.

Normally, we make the metal dome array with our domestic adhesive, not the 3M adhesive. In fact our domestic adhesive is also very good with stick and is accepted by our most customers, and it can be easy to make with best delivery time. The cost also will be much lower than 3M adhesive.

Of course, if you need the metal dome with 3M adhesive with more sticker or any other reasons, we also can make as your required. We now have the 3M7945 adhesive, etc.

The mold for dome array

This time let us to know the mold for the dome array. If you require to set up a mold for dome array, there will several part molds for dome array. The whole mold including the below parts: Mylar and Spacer mold; outline mold; alignment mold and the assemble tooling.

This way to make the dome array, the quality is very stable and the tolearance of dome array is just +/-0.01mm. It’s just there is a tooling fee first, but  if your quantity reach to enough, we will return back to you.

Normally, the number of sockets in mold is two or four. & the time to set up mold is about 7 working day.
