There is a tolerance for the metal dome array. If you order quantity is small, we suggest you to make it using the laser cutting machine. It doesn’t need to set up the tooling, so you can save the tooling fee to make the dome array. The tolerance for it is +/-0.15mm. Can you acccept this?
If not, I think you should be set up the tooling. The tolerance is +/-0.10mm. Normally, the tooling fee is from USD500 to USD1000 according to the size of your product.
