How large of dome array can be made by laser cutting?

In recent years, with the emergence of laser cutting machine to make the dome array, so it doesn’t need to set up mold, greatly reducing the prodcution cost of dome array and increase Production efficiency.
So this way is choose by many customers to make dome array. But there are also encountered some customers aske to make a great area of dome array,then this involves that how large of dome array can be made by laser cutting?
At present, the maximum effective area of laser cutting is : 78mm * 88mm, so if the product over this size, we recommend that it should set up mold, or divide it into a few pieces,and then stick on the PCB together.

With the continuous development of scientific and technological level now, and I believe the effective area will be larger.

The difference of Laser Cutting and Mold to make the dome array

Now, we have two ways to make the dome array: Laser Cutting and set up the mold. Do you know the difference of them? Ok, follow me.

                                                  Laser Cutting                     Set up Mold

2. Tolerance                              +/-0.15mm                         +/-0.10mm
3. Production Capacity               50K/day                          200k/day

If your order quantity is too large and demands very strictly, we recommend to set up the tooling. And if your total fund reach to a certain amount, we will return back to you.  If not, Laser cutting to make the dome array is your best choice for production, I think. It’s very convenient.
