1, round metal dome: 3mm diameter
2, cross metal dome: 4mm and 5mm diameter
3, triangle metal dome: 4mm, 5mm diameter
4, oblong metal dome: 4mm.

2, leadtime of set-up mold

If they need to set-up the mold to produce the metal dome array, the time is about 5 days;

3, the leadtime of production

Generally it’s about five days, 7-10 days for busy time;

4, the product tolerances

Set-up mold: +/-0.15mm, laser: +/-0.20mm

5, the range of process

The effective range of laser cutting is less than 100mm, mold: less than 500mm.

The scrap of Metal dome array

The scrap of metal dome array has caused by Laser-cutting, and will create some problems in the assembly process.How do we find a way to solve this issue?

We generally peel off the scrap around of the metal dome array by hand, but some still exist in the center of dome array holes, and it can’t peel off by hand. The reason is that if the laser cut not very deep, then the middle scrap is possible peel off together with dome array,so it’s very inconvenient for assembling.

So how do we solve this problem?
1, First,we must adjust the machine to cut deeply,let the scrap can’t peel off together with dome arrays;
2, Another way, make the middle scrap to cut through, so that it’s very convenient for assembling. But this is a bit difficult.
